Tea Time Club closes at 5.45pm. Any late pick ups will be charged.

Early Years (Reception and Nursery) will have a separate Breakfast Club provision based in the school's Nursery

Breakfast Club 

We provide a daily breakfast club in our dedicated wrap around space. It offers a range of fun activities and a simple nutritious breakfast for pupils aged 3 - 11 years, before school. There is a selection of cereal available each day and a range of warm options on rotation during the week including toast, porridge and sometimes bacon sandwiches! 

The service is available from 8.00am until 8:45am, when children go to their classrooms for registration, at a cost of £4.50 per day. Please drop off your child at the door opposite main reception.

Early Years Breakfast Club is for children who are in Reception and Nursery and is open from 8am. Please drop your child off at the Nursery entrance. The charge is £5.00 for Early Years breakfast club.

There is no requirement to use the breakfast club or tea time club on a regular basis, or on certain days, but we do ask that you pre-book the sessions through the My Child At School (MCAS) app. 

 

After School Club 

We provide after school care for children costing £9.50, which includes a hot meal. 

Children are signed into after school club by their teacher at the end of the school day and the provision is open until 5:45pm. Please collect your child from the door opposite main reception.

Early Years Tea Time Club is for children who are in Nursery and Reception and is £12.50 per session. Please collect your child at the Nursery door (left hand side in community centre foyer)

After school club can be booked through the 'My Child At School' App.

How to contact us:

If you need to contact the Breakfast or Teatime Club in an emergency (for example a change of collection arrangements) please call the following number: 01536 216091 please note this number is only available outside of normal school hours, otherwise please call the main school office on 01536 216090.

How to pay

You can pay for our Breakfast and Teatime Club sessions via the government Tax-Free Childcare scheme, however please do this in advance as it can take up to five working days for the money to be transferred and reflected on your MCAS balance. Our URN is: 146712 which should enable you to search for our school on the Tax-free Childcare website: https://www.gov.uk/tax-free-childcare

Once the balance is in your account then you will be able to book onto the sessions you require though the app. Please note that we are unable to refund any childcare vouchers so please only transfer the amount that you require. Tax-free childcare can only be used for Wrap around Care (Breakfast and Teatime Club) and not extra-curriculum clubs.

If you wish to pay via a childcare voucher scheme, please contact the school office for the reference number, as this varies between providers. Again, this balance can take 3-5 days to show on the MCAS account.
